Grapes are great for your cholesterol, good for your bones, your skin. and support restoring your healthy  body tissues,  great for the immune system.

As we walk through this journey concerning the different season when it comes the cold season these are a good source of getting our vitamins C, D and Zinc into our system to fight against different New Strands that will try to hit the nation. Garlic and Ginger are very good to make some teas with just add a little taste of honey.

Drinking lots of hot water and hot teas. 

Eating a lot of hot soups, no soups with dairy products no milk or cheese in it.
